Last year in mid 2025 we had a security breach incident in SMTC owner's wallet that resulted in loss of SMTC funds from owner's wallet.

Users are requested to avoid dealing with these wallets or any related wallets in connection. For security purpose users are advised to avoid on-chain DEX particularly for SMTC dealings and advised to use on-chain P2P OTC protocols and platforms. On-chain DEX purchases doesn't provides capital assurance. For wallet security users are advised to use Multi-Sig Safe Smart Contract wallets or something more secure to protect their assets. Nothing is 100% secure against cybersecurity threats but users are advised to be cautious against security breaches.

SMTC currently available in on-chain DEX's are of no value and can be considered as junk or burnt for the time being. One can consider that as moving out of circulation which may result in price appreciation instead of reward or devidend benefits/ negligible payouts. Any considerable future progress and updates will be notified / announced here in this platform.

There are digital tokens. By purchasing, holding, or interacting with these tokens, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Assurance of Capital Return: The Issuer provides an assurance to return capital at the initial issuing rate in the denomination of the same accepted cryptocurrency/ token used for purchase of these tokens for direct purchases made from us, after deduction of a pre-disclosed Redemption Fee up to 3% on case to case basis subject to availability of reserves, platform functionality and no security breach of central reserves/ wallets. The redemption request must be made from wallet address used for the initial purchase. Redemption will be made to the wallet address used for the initial purchase only. All redemption requests are subjected to internal verification. The issuer does not treat token sales as revenue, income or gains. These funds are not treated as revenue or income by the issuer and are held in reserve accounts to ensure full redemption capability. In case of any changes, the issuer will amend the structure accordingly and notify token holders. We or Issuer of these tokens, neither of us provides no guarantee of price stability outside platform and external exchanges or third-party resales are beyond our control. Users are solely responsible for any external transactions. Any difference in acquisition price across platforms is due to external market and factors, forex, demand or liquidity considerations and does not constitute a sale at premium or discount by the issuer. Tokens acquired from 3rd party other than us will not be entertained for redemption and we will not be responsible for any price differences for such accusations. • Risk Disclaimer: Holders are advised that redemptions may be subject to technical, legal, regulatory, market losses or banking delays. These tokens are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty. We or the Issuer of these tokens will not be liable for these external factors. 4. Fees & Costs Disclaimer

All these token redemptions are subject to a Issuance & Redemption Fee upto 1%, on case to case basis and the maximum fee will be publicly disclosed on our official website or platform interface.

• The Redemption Fee will be deducted from the returnable capital amount.
• Fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Issuer and may vary based on network congestion, operational costs, and other factors.
• No other hidden or recurring fees will be charged by the Issuer.
• No additional fees are charged when purchasing these tokens through us and our official channels.
• This fee helps cover liquidity facilitation, processing, and operational costs.
• The net amount returned to the user will reflect the deduction of this fee.
• All applicable fees will be disclosed clearly at the time of redemption.
• Users may incur blockchain network fees (gas fees) when transferring these tokens between wallets or interacting with smart contracts.
• These fees are charged by the BNB Smart Chain network and not retained by us or Issuer of these tokens.

5. Redemption Validity & Unauthorized Possession

These tokens are redeemable only by lawful holders who have acquired the tokens in exchange for valid consideration through us or our authorized channels. Currently we are not using or operating any such authorized channel. In case if we decide to engage such authorized channels in future then we will notify such engagements in our website. We and Issuer of these tokens are not obligated to honor redemption requests for tokens that were:

• Acquired without payment or valid exchange;
• Stolen, fraudulently obtained, or transferred through unauthorized access;
• Derived from wallets known or suspected to be involved in theft, security breaches, or other illicit activity;
• Held by individuals or entities failing to comply with verification as required at the time of redemption.

A few of these tokens smart contract does not include mechanisms to freeze tokens or block specific wallets. Therefore, the issuer reserves the right to deny redemption if tokens are traced to a known breach or unauthorized transfer.

Holders must retain full custody and control of their tokens and exercise appropriate security practices. We and Issuer of these tokens accept no liability for losses resulting from user-side wallet breaches, key mismanagement, or third-party custody failures.

We may publicly notify known compromised addresses to warn holders and service providers, but cannot guarantee recovery, freezing, or reversal of such tokens via smart contract functions.

Note: Please protect your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet access at all times and always verify the source before accepting these tokens. You are responsible for securing your holdings.


6. Issuer’s Right to Pause Transactions and Transfers

In the event of a major security breach, attempted theft, unauthorized access, or compromise of the issuer’s custodial wallets, smart contracts, reserve accounts, or associated infrastructure, the issuer reserves the unilateral right to immediately pause, suspend, or restrict all token transactions, transfers, redemptions, or related activities to prevent further loss, protect users, and preserve the integrity of the system for GRC, DINR & INRP.

Such suspension may be initiated with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and urgency of the situation. A public notification will be issued within a reasonable time frame, outlining the reason for the pause and the estimated timeline for resolution in our website.

We and Issuer of these tokens shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or inconvenience resulting from such emergency security measures. Resumption of services shall occur only upon satisfactory containment of the risk, subject to internal assessment.


7. Blacklisting, Confiscation & Refund Policy

Right to Blacklist or Restrict Access

INRprime issuer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to blacklist or restrict access to specific wallet addresses or users, temporarily or permanently, in the event of suspected or actual:

• Unauthorized access or theft of INRprime tokens
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Security breaches or exploitative behavior affecting the integrity of the token ecosystem
• Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms of Use
  
  

This action may be taken without prior notice, where deemed necessary to protect the token ecosystem, users, and legal obligations.

Confiscation and Reassignment of Tokens

In confirmed cases of fraud, theft, or unauthorized access, the Issuer of INRprime may, in cooperation with relevant parties, authorities and following internal investigation protocols, confiscate and reassign INRprime tokens from compromised wallets. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Freezing or disabling token transfers from the affected address
• Reissuing equivalent tokens to the verified rightful owner
• Confiscating tokens and holding them in a secured escrow or designated address pending resolution
  
  

This power shall be exercised only in good faith and where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect affected parties.

Refunds and Redress Mechanism

Where a user has suffered a verified loss due to security incidents (e.g., smart contract vulnerability exploitation, phishing attack), the Issuer may, at its discretion, offer partial or full refunds of the affected token amount, provided that:

• A valid claim is submitted with adequate supporting evidence
• The affected user cooperates with necessary verification steps
• The refund does not compromise overall reserves or obligations
  
  

Any refund or redress is a voluntary, goodwill-based initiative and does not create any binding obligation or future entitlement. Any recovery of funds will be subjected to Recovery & Rescue Fee upto 10% on case to case basis and the maximum fee will be publicly disclosed on our official website or platform interface..

No Liability for Delay or Denial

We and Issuer of these tokens shall not be held liable for any delays in investigation, inability to reverse certain blockchain transactions, or failure to refund due to technical or regulatory limitations.
