SK-LAveraging is an Averaging Strategy/ Expert Advisor (Trading Robot) is specifically built for MT4 trading platform and can be used/ employed in MT4 trading platform only.
The strategy will add equal amount of position/ lot size at an equidistant move for a trade that goes wrong/ in loss and book profits at a predetermined levels of overall profit in pips. The strategy is allowed to take only buy positions.
The strategy can be optimized as per the market conditions and one may need to optimize the strategy from time to time and need to monitor its performance for optimal results.

"Time Filter" in the Strategy/ Expert Advisor is set as Local Time (Your local time/ Computer Time) for your convenience. This will help you to set time limit for the Strategy/ Expert Advisor to work only during that time period as specified by you. Time that is currently set in the Strategy/ Expert Advisor is as per "Indian Standard Time" (IST) by default. One can change it as per their convenience or as per their respective local time.
